However, In recent years, he has been a full-time trainer, a keynote speaker, and delivers several training sessions for technical as well as life/soft skills. was founded by Mr. Yash Paul Khetrapal who has more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the field of Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Lean Practices. Parallelly, he developed an interest in behavioural psychology and became a motivational trainer, specializing in Leadership (various levels), Team Building, Communication skills, and related behavioural skills topics. He has a team of 10 trainers who all put together training on 100 different topics.
